The production line is developed with the 1990s advanced technology of West Europe by our company. The main machine is SJZ 51/105 or SJZ65/132 conical twin-screw extruder, is equipped with double-pipe single-control stainless steel spraying & calibration tank. It avoids a waste phenomena when one pipe is adjusted and the other one is affected. The auto single-control double haul-off  and cutter are combined with the front calibration technology to make operation more flexible. Let you enjoy economic benefit which is brought about by separately control double-pipe extruding. The diameter of the extruded pipe is from¦Õ16-¦Õ63. It can fully make use of  extrusion capacity of the  extruder. Even if it produces small diameter pipes, it can get very high output, too.
